Subject: Urgent Request for Laptop Replacement or Repair
Dear [Customer Support/Service Team],
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing serious issues with my laptop for several months now, and I really need your help in getting this resolved.
The problem began with the screen going completely black, even though the laptop itself seemed to be running. When the issue first started, I visited the store where I purchased it, but unfortunately, they were unable to help. I then raised a complaint with customer support, but I didn’t receive any responses for months. In September, an engineer finally came to check it out, but the issue persisted afterward. Eventually, the battery drained completely, and now the laptop won’t turn on at all, even when I plug it in with a charger.
This laptop was a major investment for my family, meant to support my studies and online classes. Instead, it’s become a source of stress and frustration, given the lack of a solution despite multiple attempts to get help.
I’m kindly requesting either a replacement or a full repair. This situation has impacted my work and well-being, and if it’s not resolved promptly, I may have to escalate the matter further.
