Usb data transfer issue

I have issue on data transfer by using usb 3.0 pen drive.Data transfer falls from 64MB/s to 2MB/s and randomly change the transfer rate,it takes lot of time to finish data transfer

That is VERY NORMAL even using a SAME file. You won't always get same transfer rate when using same pen drive. Normally big files would get better transfer rates.

The real situation is ,it is then randomly change the data transfer in between 130Kbps to 2MBps.So the data transfer is slower than 2.0 usb pendrive. My laptop under warranty my i want to visit the service center ,or it is any common issue with hp.

I done a lot of troubleshooting that available in internet, nothing is resolve my problem update drive, change defender security, change compression & indexing of drive, usb property to better performance, format to ntfs, check with all available ports, windows reinstall ,check hardware troubleshooting .Nothing is working ,but by using usb2.0 give good data transfer.
