Hi @Rejdiii,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you are facing display issue on your Victus laptop.

Please try the steps below to resolve the issue.

>> Let us check if the issue is replicated on the BIOS screen, to isolate if this is an hardware or software issue.

Follow the steps below:

1) Shutdown your PC completely, as soon as you Turn on the computer repeatedly press the Esc key to enter the Startup Menu.

2) Press F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.

If the display is same in the BIOS screen then, this is an hardware issue Service or replace your HP product.

Go to Contact HP Customer Support to schedule a product repair or replacement. If you are in Asia Pacific, you will be directed to a local service center in your area.

>> If the display is normal in BIOS screen then follow the steps below:

Go into Windows Control Panel>>Power Options>>Power Management, Select adjust plan brightness, Use the slider and increase until the end. Click save changes.

Or use Fn key + F10 Key to increase the brightness.

And, also refer to this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FfkOlNfTgCU Troubleshooting a Dim Display.
