Hello I have recently purchased a HP Victus 15-fb1xxx off of amazon (still under warranty).

Windows 11

Ryzen 5 7535HS

RTX 2050

64GB ram

2tb SSD

 

I went throuh the regular updates for windows and my drivers. And then connected my basic peripherals (KBM and monitor and ethernet). Everything was fine, however, 6-8 days after purchase, the Laptop turned on but did not use the 2nd display. Ive checked both Settings, Nvidia controll pannel and both still DETECT AND RECOGNISED the monitor (samsung smart monitor) and my TV (TCL) through the HDMI cable, however, my laptop doesnt seem to be sending anything though. The cursor and any window can be pushed though to the second screen on extend mode (disa[[eas as i drage it over the screen bevels), but both 2nd displays just stay blank and shut off after a timer.

 

I have tried to use different HDMI cables but that did not work either. I then used my other laptop (acer) and connected it to the other montors, and they both worked fine. Ive used the "HP support assistant" and the "HP PC Diagnostics Windows" to try to identify any problems with the OS or the hardware, but the programs did not pick anything up.

 

Can I please have some assistance?
