Hello, I have a Victus Gaming Laptop 16-r0014ua (9G9J2EA) laptop and want to know if it has a second slot for M.2 SSD because I want to expand my Laptop memory

Hi:
The 16-r0xxx models with the Intel 'H' series processors such as your notebook only have support for one M.2 NVMe SSD.
The models with the Intel 'HX' processors have support for two M.2 NVMe SSD's.
If you need more storage, you will have to replace the existing 512 GB NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

Chapter 5 shows two M.2 slots but that is for the models with the Intel 'HX' processors.
