Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)

I've done a fresh install of Windows 11 via restore, and the laptop is fully updated. I've booted into 4 blue screen errors since I've gotten it back from warranty repair.

These are the errors -

  • UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
  • MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
  • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  • KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

And then it finally booted into the Recovery sequence and let me go into Windows.

Does anyone else have any experience like this? Whenever I click on the Support page, it takes me to "locate a certified HP service location" and won't let me contact an agent.

Whenever I open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, nothing populates for me to test. It's blank; I can't even select any components or systems to test from my end.
