Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

If you have NVIDIA Graphic card then Video TDR Failure error is caused by nvlddmkm.sys file but if you have an AMD graphic card then this error is caused by atikmpag.sys file.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Method 1: Update Graphic Card Driver
1.Press Windows Key + R then type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter to open Device Manager.

2.Now expand Display adapter and right click on your card then select Update Driver.

3.On the next screen select Search automatically for the updated driver software.

4.If no update is found then again right-click and select Update Driver.

5.This time choose “Browse my computer for driver software.

6.Next, click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.

7.Select your latest driver from the list and finish the installation.

8.Reboot your PC to save changes.

Method 2: Update system Driver:

Perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
