Me and I think Ks0 went from 12 to 13. No issues. I read somewhere that people on the newer ryzen 5000 2021 models were having black screens and random crashes so I'm assuming that was why they pulled f12 although not confirmed. Remember that 12 never appeared as an official firmware on the hp website as far as I know. So I would recommend updating to f13 personally
