I sent my Laptop (HP Omen 15 dc-0133tx) to the HP service center on Monday, June 29, 2020, with complaints of battery problems and spotting on the laptop screen.
I told the service center if I use this laptop for work so I need immediate repair. The service center said that it would be checked for 3 days and then I could take the laptop back while waiting for the availability of spare parts.
On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, I am back to the service center to ask about the progress of my Laptop. It turned out that my laptop had been disassembled and could not be replaced before the spare parts arrived. And the service center cannot provide certainty when my laptop will be repaired. I was disappointed because that wasn't the deal. And then they asked me to wait up to 2 weeks which was obviously too long because I needed my laptop to work because the client had been waiting. Does the delivery of spare parts cannot be ascertained until the customer must wait up to 2 weeks? Thank you.
