Hello,

My HP Victus 16 laptop is still under warranty, and I am experiencing a hardware-related issue.

While gaming or under system load, the laptop suddenly enters sleep mode, the screen turns off, and the CPU power is significantly reduced. Based on research and common reports, this issue appears to be related to a Hall sensor malfunction, which is a known problem on this model.

I am contacting you to officially report this issue before the warranty period ends and to request inspection and repair under warranty. I am ready to deliver the device to an authorized service center if required.

Please advise on the next steps.
