Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP victus 15. Recently it's AC adaptor stopped working. I am very worried about the warranty claim, because the laptop has 10 months of warranty.  All service centres are saying that the product doesn't have local warranty. It has international warranty and refused to claim. Please help

As far as I know (I am a volunteer, not paid for or representing HP), your charger should be covered when your system is under warranty.  One of the potential problems I see, is that in order to file a warranty claim, I don't see "Pakistan" as a "Select a location" option here: Official HP® Support.

 

The AC charger for your Victus By HP Gaming Laptop 15-Fa0000 (680A2AV) -at least the North American version, has HP part number: L00818-850 "200W ADAPTER PFC SMART SLIM", and can be purchased online, such as this more affordable quality non-HP purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/KK-LTD-Pavilion-L00818-850-835888-001/dp/B08NYKHTL3/ref=sr_1_4?crid=3MGEV28XJ..., if it ever came to having to replace it yourself.
