Recently my warranty had expired on 26 sep and I had purchased a care purchased on 1 oct and i was told that i need to wait for 21 days for my warranty to renew but today i got a mail saying that since my base warranty had expired i cannot extend my warranty and my purchase will be refunded. Is there no way you can extend warranty if it expired ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
For extended warrenty, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
