Today i recieved my hp omen ordered from Amazon , i ordered Ryzen 7 with rtx 4060 , but I recieved Ryzen 9 with rtx 4070 . Also the warranty was expired, and the other problem is that the invoice is of the laptop i ordered ie GTX 4060 . Now can I get my free one year warranty on this laptop?

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.
So the longer the PC remains unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.
You can try submitting the online warranty dispute form first.

If that doesn't work, since this is a peer to peer forum and we do not work for or represent HP, you will have to contact HP support starting at the link below and have the warranty start and end dates corrected to the date you purchased the notebook.
