I purchase this laptop in the month of November 19 in Atlanta USA, product has 1 year international warranty. With just 4 months of usage, the system shows error 90B, cooling fan isn't working properly. I am currently in India, and HP service centres deny me assistance despite the one year warranty, that this product is not available in India, hence we cannot provide you any assistance. You need to atleast check the system might be the fan just needs cleaning and might work again. But they have bluntly denied service and asked me to contact ho service centre in Atlanta. This is not a correct behaviour for such a big brand like HP. WITHIN FOUR MONTHS THE FAN IS DAMAGED AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE DESPITE THE 1YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY AVAILABLE.

PLEASE HELP ME!
