The HP warranty status for my laptop (HP Pavilion 15-eh1047AU, Serial: [edited], Product: 9E5B9PA) is showing as expired on the HP support website, but my actual purchase date is 14-Sept-2024 from Bajaj Electronics.
According to my understanding, the warranty period should still be valid as of today (08-Sept-2025), and I have all original purchase invoices and proof.
Request: Kindly update the warranty status to reflect my correct purchase date and enable full warranty support for my product.
I am attaching a copy of my purchase invoice and a screenshot of the expired warranty status from the HP site for your records.
Please resolve this discrepancy and confirm the correction as soon as possible.
