I contacted HP customer support and explained the problem to them. I sent them screenshots and all the information they requested. The customer service representative told me that they would report the issue internally and would keep me updated via email. This happened today. If I receive any further information, I will post it here. We need help updating the TPM, otherwise we won't be able to play the game. Let's hope they resolve this issue.

I hope they get it figured out. All this TPM stuff came out a few days after I pre purchased the vault edition. I went to a number of professional computer shops and non of them where able to figure it out. And just like HP they kept telling me how to make sure TPM is enabled. All of this has been a massive headache.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta is here. There are only a few days left until Activision's Ricochet system starts preventing us from playing. We still don't have a BIOS update to play. If HP doesn't update the TPM, we'll end up with high-end gaming PCs that will only be good for playing Windows Solitaire. For the moment, there's no response from HP, and the BIOS for the Ryzen 7 5800h is still F29, with the TPM enabled but obsolete.

You would think that they would do somthing about this. So that they wouldn't lose customers. But I guess there are not enough of us that they don't see it as an issue.

While waiting for HP to update our firmware, all I received was a pop-up from the HP Support Assistant warning me that all support for my HP Omen 15 would end in two months. It turns out HP doesn't offer more than four years of support. Only four years for a computer that cost €2,000. This is simply a warning that we shouldn't trust these brands. The ones that offer the longest support are Leonovo or Dell, according to my research. I don't expect any support from this brand, and of course, I'm just another customer who's leaving. Good luck!

Dang that sucks. My victus is only 2 years old and now am just up a creek without a paddle. As much as I don't want to i guess I'll just go back to console. And never buy anything HP again.

In the end, HP updated the BIOS and the TPM. Be careful when you do this. Updating the BIOS can be interpreted as a hardware change, and you might have problems starting Windows. Before updating, make a backup of your BitLocker keys. Best of luck to everyone. HP, thank you late, but thank you nonetheless.
