Hello, i would like to clarify for the maximum ram support for my specific laptop model. laptop is at 16gb currently, and I'm planning to upgrade to a 32gb for multitasking. As 16gb isn't enough to satisfy my needs. i am aware of the documentation but i couldn't find an answer to my question, or i'm just blind. if anyone can answer i thank you in advance.

Chapter 1 page 2 of the service manual indicates that the max memory is 2 x 16 GB.

That is correct.  2 x 16 GB.
