When Will my order arrive??

HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-dk0049tx

Is there anyone out there having similar issue as i am having with delivery?

I ordered HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-dk0049tx on 21st may. The assistant from HP told me it will arrive in 2-4 days. One of the reasons for purchasing with hp was current Beat the Odds offer which was giving option to extend the warranty period. But the current scenario is that I am still getting order status as wait for shipment. Its been 5 days man. How can it be still waiting for shipment? and when it will arrive. I am also fearing it will come after the offer is expired on 31st may. I was wondering if I am the only one suffering for HP's extraordinary customer services?
