OMEN by HP 15-dh0138tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this Omen 15-dh00138tx in 2019. I now want to upgrade the RAM capacity to its fullest which is 32GB (confirmed through CMD motherboard capacity.

Which specification of RAM would be the best?

The current stick is Micron SODIMM 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM.

I am looking to install another 16GB of RAM to max out my capacity.

Thanks in advance!

Hi:

I would go with this one since Crucial memory is the retail division of Micron.

Hi! Thank you for the response!

I visited the buying site (Amazon) following the link you provided. It said 8GB RAM in the pattern name but memory said 16 GB which confused me.

Could you kindly clarify as to what that pattern name meant?

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I would have no idea what that 8 GB pattern name means.

The link to the Amazon memory description and part number matches the 16 GB memory chip on the Crucial memory report.

Terribly sorry for the late response, I had exams.

So the link which you have provided above will be sufficient? I mean it will be 16GB right?

HP Recommended

That is correct.  According to the crucial part number, that is a 16 GB chip.
