I have a Omen 15-dc1036np with an i7 9750h and a gtx1660ti, and it has been running a bit hot. So I was trying to undervolt it to lower the temperatures and found out that I could do it with omen gaming hub.The problem is that the option where you undervolt does not show up. I already updated the BIOS and some other drivers, unninstalled omen command center and installed omen gaming hub, and still doesn't show up. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to do anything else ?
Thanks for the help 🙂

Hi@Rantonio,Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
