Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70W99AV)

It has been a very short time since I installed Windows completely from scratch on my computer, I use almost all my windows settings as they were originally installed, but although the Gaming Hub application has been updated, the CPU usage is very high, what do you think the reason is? Also, is there an alternative to this Gaming Hub application, because even if I think about uninstalling it, I cannot uninstall the application because I cannot change the Mux Switch event and performance tabs.
