Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1035nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For some reason my laptop says it's connected to the wifi but has no internet. It says my router is the problem and I've done the rebooting and unplugging of power cord and all that. But, still having issues connecting.

Please download and install the following wifi driver

 

            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140207.exe

 

also for Bluetooth

 

           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136892.exe
