Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using HP Victus since last october. It came with Windows 10 and there was no issue related to wifi, but after upgrading to Windows 11 and a month later, I'm facing an issue related to wifi. Sometimes wifi option totally gets removed from my laptop, as if there's no internal wifi hardware. A HP network check fixes this issue by resetting the adapter, but in a week/ or after 2-3 days again this problem happens. Earlier, HP cloud recovery used to offer windows 10 image, now it's only offering windows 11. I want to revert back to factory installed windows 10, is there any way to get OEM Windows 10 Image?

Hi, I tried using cloud recovery but it's giving Windows 11 image, not Windows 10.
