I have an issue installing windows 11 on my HP pavilion 15 with a Kingston SNVS1000G SSD, it does not read the drives at the "where to install windows?" page. I tried running Ubuntu live on USB stick and it properly read the hard disk, but the windows install wizard can't read it which makes me think it's a drivers issue. I have also tried looking for Kingston drivers for this particular SSD but I can't find them. Can anybody out here help, please? This is really frustrating.

See if the Intel storage controller driver that I zipped up and attached below works:
The attached file is good for both W10 & W11.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W10/W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next and if those are the right drivers Windows should find the drive and install.

Thank you so much, it worked like magic. You have saved me big time. The touchpad also does not work at this stage so I am using a mouse, I wonder if there's some where I can find all the important drivers and install them. Again, thank you so much.
