I have a problem with Windows Hello on HP Omen where it says "Windows Hello feature is not available on this device", but as I read from microsoft you are able to sign in with face recognition. How do I fix this problem so I can use Windows Hello feature?

Hi,

I can read the following specs but it does not have a right camera to support Hello therefore you can't. You need a proper camera to use this function.

Banhien is right.

To be more specific, you need a webcam with infrared assist/3D capability.

Example: HP Truevision HP IR Camera or  Intel RealSense 3D Camera

Yours is the HP Wide Vision HD Camera and wont work.
