my laptop isnt able to connect wirelessly to the network. there is a wifi chip installed in the laptop but its not shown in the device manager neither in the adapter options. im sitting on the floor with my laptop infront of the router with a LAN cable and my back hurts. i already had a few Intel workers trying to help me even with remote control but they all havent been able to fix the issue. My laptop just wont use the wifi chip built in.
