HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P1Z8AV)

Pc is stuck in automatic repair and won't boot up. I've tried everything but I can't get to the page where I can do factory reset. Does anyone have any advice as this is the second HP laptop that has broken on me like this and I barely use them?

I tries this and it still won't boot up. It keeps failing and won't retry doing it either.
