Hello everyone,
I purchased an HP laptop about a year ago, and at the time of setting it up, I received a message about a 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offer, which was bundled with the device. Unfortunately, I didn’t activate it back then. After a while, I uninstalled the Xbox app, and now that I reinstalled it, the offer no longer shows up anywhere.

My laptop is now out of warranty, so I can’t contact HP Support directly through the usual support channels. That’s why I’m asking here in the Community:

  • Is there any way I can still redeem or recover this Xbox Game Pass offer?

  • Is there a dedicated department, contact, or email at HP where I can follow up on this?

  • Or is the offer completely gone after the expiration?

I’d appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!

@alimohammadian1, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems that the promotional offer for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you mentioned was bundled with your HP laptop at the time of purchase. Typically, such offers need to be activated within a specified timeframe, which in your case was likely the 1-month period after purchase. If the offer was not activated and the promotional period has passed, it's likely no longer available.

Here are a few suggestions you can try:

Check Promotional Emails: If you received any emails from HP regarding the offer, review those to see if there are any instructions or codes that can be redeemed.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
