Product name: OMEN by HP Laptop
Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
My notebook is showing Your computer is plugged-in. However, the battery is not necessarily charging, on Hp support assistant and the battery is charging really slow. Pls help.

I want the check your current system configuration.
(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:
- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )
(2) Please report your results
