Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1093tx

my laptop model is dc-1093tx it has i7 9750h and Nvidia 1650 i'm not a gamer and it's been 3 years ( about to be 4) at first the temp. was around 35 to 40 degree Celsius, now it is like 47 to 50 in normal use and if I plug in the battery the temp goes up to 60 degree. should i change the thermal paste ? if I should then which one to buy ?

one more thing do i need thermal padding for the laptop I have seen in a few youtube videos it is advised to change the thermal pad if you're removing the heat sink.
