audio not coming from the inbuilt speakers in my Victus ryzen 7

from last 5 days my victus audio is not coming from the inbuilt speakers, bluetooth was working.

and in the myHp audio control panel it was not showing Realtek speakers name like it showing before.
i tried updating the driver , disable / enable and uninstall re-install , setting speakers as default and all the things from the google and previous hp support solutions. but the audfio not coming and the realtek speaker name not showing the audio control panel. i tried virtual assistant of hp to repair but it also not detected the peoblem and the audio not coming, tried diagnostics it was also not showed any issue.

i dont know why, but it suddenly stopped working.
please help me, lots of work stopped due to this annoying problem.
laptop bought 6 months till now.

Right click to the speaker icon, select Soung settings. What do you see under  Output section ?

i didnt figured it out what was the issue here, not only the internal speakers, the audio jack is also not working.
