hi i bought a laptop 1 month ago and I've been having audio problems for the last 2 weeks my problem is for example i want to talk on discord i'm wearing headphones the laptop's own microphone is disabled and i can't fix it sometimes the sound sizzles sometimes there's no sound from the headset i've looked online and tried every way but i couldn't please help
