Product: Example: Pavilion 15-ec 1006NA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a battery question/issue.
I completely switch the laptop off at 74% of battery life left (it doesn't have to be 74% but I'm just using that as an example) i come back to it in 2-3 days and the battery has dropped 10-12% yet it has been completely switched off.
is this normal?
