windows 11 MY NOTEBOOK HP Victus 16.1 Gaming LaptopPC 16-d0000 (3S9N6AV) Product 552W4PA and serial no [Personal Information Removed] the problem is my laptop is stuck 99% battery and not showing decreasing level please help

Can you boot to Windows login with the power adapter connected?

 

I suggest running the Battery-Report utility to see the actual state of the battery that the Windows OS shows.

 

Open an Admin privileged command prompt and type in " powercfg /batteryreport" and then press the enter key.

 

Copy and paste  and then  save the entire report to a  Microsoft notepad file.

 

Copy and past the contents of the saved report in the Microsoft notepad file to your next reply in your thread.

 

I suspect that your battery may be in need of replacement. 


The Windows Battery-Report should either affirm or deny my suspicion.
