Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (9P833AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop is an HP Victus 15-fa1278TX Gaming Laptop with a 13th Gen i5 processor. After playing Asphalt 8: Airborne and closing the game, I searched for an application file in File Explorer. At the same time, I opened two more File Explorer windows, Google Chrome, and the Settings app. While doing this, my laptop suddenly showed a blue screen and froze for about 2 minutes. What could be the problem? This laptop is only two months old.

Most likely due to heat. It worked hard for you to play a game.
Hope this makes sense
Regards.
