Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I've just bought the PC and found out that there was a non-licensed Windows pre-installed.

Tried to cure it online with HP service and got more problems with it.

I used my windows to re-install, but the problems occurred ... to this one.

Boot device not found, please install an OS on your hard disk (3F0 ),

F2 - disk tests - passed (memory, both hard drive)

But - No storage installed

Feel disappointed and unhappy.

You couldn't help me, could you?

I Haven't opened it and I'm not planning to.

I Hope, there is another way to solve the problem and someone will be able to help me.

Best wishes

PS: I've checked Intel Optane-no discs connected to system in UEFI

Hi @IreneEvg

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the 3F0 error.

Please try step#5 from here - Boot Device Not Found Error or Hard Drive Not Detected. As the Hard Drive test passed, this looks like a software issue, re-installing the operating system should help.

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
