Dear Team,

I am writing to follow up on my previous request. I am still waiting for a response regarding the warranty service.

I assume the warranty is still valid since I logged the call with HP on October 15th. Additionally, I understand that the warranty is on hold from the date the call was logged, and I will be receiving an extended warranty for the days my laptop is down and not supported by HP.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of updates on the issue I logged on October 21. Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to receive the same automated response stating that the matter is being worked on. This lack of progress is highly disappointing.

I would like to understand what specific information is missing or required from my end to expedite the resolution of this issue. If there is any way I can assist in gathering the necessary details, please let me know.

It feels as though the resolution is being delayed until my laptop warranty expires, at which point I fear I will be told that nothing can be done due to the expired warranty. This is unacceptable and I urge you to address this matter promptly.

Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
