@Paras28

Is the Touchpad working fine other than the clicking Noise?

This seems to be a normal function and working as design. If the Touchpad is working fine, then it's working as design since if it was a plastic issue, then that would have affected the Touchpad Functionality and sensitivity

Thank you 😊

Yes.. touchpad is working fine but what about the noise.. how to solve it.. how to make it silent..?

@Paras28

You can try disabling the Touchpad clicking sound if the click sound is coming from the Speakers whenever you tap the Touchpad

Go to Settings, Devices, Typing, Touch Keyboard and turn off Play key sounds

If it is the hardware click when you pushdown on the Touchpad then it's by design

@Paras28 I wouldn't call it normal, but when it happens, its best to get it repaired without any delays, and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
