OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ek1000 (2B1J9AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have an 2021 Omen 15 ek1xxx gaming laptop, these days when I play games or just turn on the laptop it goes black but I can still hear the sound and the system continues to work, then I try to turn on the laptop again and then it shows CMOS 502 error, then when I turn on the laptop I can still use it but the GPU will change to use the CPU Instead of my 3070 GPU, I tried updating my bios and was able to change back to the 3070 GPU but still get a black screen sometimes, is this a battery issue? Should I buy a new battery and replace it? Would that help?
