the laptop was sent in for service about 5 months or so ago, and ever since then, i have been experiencing constant lock ups while playing video games specifically. recently pieced it together that if i unplug the charger, the crashes just completely stop, but obviously, i do not want that. unfortunately, the warranty is now expired, and i do not know where to start to fix this. please help.
to add on, i have tried practically EVERYTHING i could find online, formatted the computer several times, and the issue persists.
