Hello @Puttzix

According to your models specs, it came with an RTX 2060 graphics card and 144 Hz 1080p screen. Is this correct?

If so, the built in panel does not support Gsync. Many have asked the same question about the dc1000 series and built-in Gsync with those graphics cards and panel and its been a debate we have had with HP for a while.

The manual has been changed recently to reflect the actual capabilities of the hardware.
