Product: Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My omen 15 en0002ax has a light studio (BETA) but whenever I select the keyboard it shows 'this device is not supported by OMEN light studio'.  I am not even sure if RGB lights come inside the laptop or do you have to buy it separately? if it does come with the laptop how do I turn them on or activate them?

It specs says nothing about keyboard

 Looks like your machine does NOT have 4 zone keyboard. When opening your machine the fist time could you see the keyboard has 4 zones similar to

 

          light.png

 

If not, your machine only has  Full size, backlit, 3-coat paint, island style, 1-zone lighting.
