Hello everyone,
I purchased the device mentioned above around July 2023. I played Sekiro for about 30 hours, and I didn't encounter any issues with games like Ghostwire Tokyo, Prey, and Stray. However, when playing Hitman 3, the fan becomes very loud in certain areas, the screen goes black without any stuttering in the game, and the PC continues to run for a while with a black screen. When I try to open the PC again, the screen goes black again, and the PC shuts down. Upon reopening, I resume the game from where it left off. The shutdown doesn't happen every time. The same shutdown issue occurred in RDR 2. Additionally, when playing Marvel's Spiderman Remastered at the highest performance, the CPU consistently fluctuates between 90-100 degrees Celsius, and the GPU ranges between 80-95, resulting in the PC shutting down in a similar manner. When I balanced the performance, the CPU temperature dropped to 80-90 degrees, but the PC still shut down.
I don't think it's a new issue with the PC, as I haven't used it much. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
