hi..
my fps is normally around 140 to 160 depending on the game when the laptop is plugged in to the charger, once its unplugged the fps drops to 30

The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already, would be to change the notebook power plan settings when on battery power to the maximum for the processor and graphics.

i already did this and nothing happen  , i bought my pc for like 3 weeks ago, is there any problem if i plugged it in  when i start playing games even if the battery full or not ?

Yep, that will happen when you switch from AC to Battery only. The system throttles down to conserve power.

Depending on your settings and what game, the numbers will vary.

I don't recommend playing on battery only whenever possible. That will only bring your battery to its end of life much quicker with recycles.

No problem. I leave mine plugged in during all use unless I turn it off, then I will unplug it.

 

You can also change the power settings in the Nvidia Control Panel to utilize maximum power during battery. This will still not be as good as plugged in, but better.

You can set this for individual games or globally for everything.

Manage 3D settings>Program Settings tab>Select a program to customize>Power management mode = Prefer maximum performance.
