Hey, since i bought my computer, this hp omen ax002np i have always had fps drop in all games even if the settings are set to the lowest possible, i don't know what to do since i already did everything people say to do, like updating drivers, setting gpu to max performance, etc.
This is really annoying because i can go from 250 fps in cs go to like 30-40..
Thanks in advance!

Yes it is.
Conact HP Support and explain that your model came with the GTX 965m video card which needs the 150 watt power supply. Its listed in the maintenence manual also.
That series came with either adapter depending on the spec requirements, but HP had inadvertantly sent the 120 watt with all models.
Here is the contact Info for HP Support. Dont wait to contact them.

Hello @onceuponat1
Would you look at your AC adapter and tell me if its 120 Watt or 150 watt?
If its 120 Watt, you were given the wrong one. HP will send you the correct adapter if so.
