Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my gaming laptop has been underpeforming really bad 

my gaming laptop spec HP pavilion gaming 15

gtx 1650m

ryzen 5 3550h

by the way the laptop has single channel memory.

when i was playing apex legends i got 18 fps on the lowest settings

and on fortnite i got 120 fps

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
