I think it's a bug that can be fixed with an update because I have been using desktop apps for a while now and those random graphics started a couple of weeks back. the problem started with windows 10 so I updated it to 11 but the problem persists.

it's like random grey graphics will be forming in a part of your display screen and when you move your cursor over there it fixes that area but again pops after a short while. The graphics only appear in desktop apps while other applications run perfectly fine

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing random graphics issues on screen while using desktop apps with the Victus By HP Gaming Laptop PC.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS F.09 from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Check if the issue persist in Bios screen using F10 key.
  • Try doing a Reset PC Keep my files on windows and check if it works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
