- getting shock while charging laptop

I recently purchased a gaming laptop from HP Online shopping. Whenever i am charging the laptop and if suddenly my feet touches the ground then i am getting a shock especially when someone else i touching me while i am using the laptop. What should i do?

Contact HP Support right away and explain whats happening. Do not use the PC until you talk to them. Most likely, there is a short that is causing the issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
