@Abd99,

Thank you for postingin your query on HP Support Community,

As you have tried all possible troubleshooting steps such as updating the Bios and other Windows driver updates using HP Support Assistant and still having the issue.

I would suggest you run an extensive system diagnostics test from F2 (Please capture the failure ID for further assistance).

If the test fails, then this clearly indicates a possible hardware failure with the notebook.

If the test passes, then this could be an issue with the software or driver related.

Could you please respond to this post with the results of the troubleshooting so that I can provide you with next course of action.

@Abd99,

As you have run the test and it all passed, this indicates a software or driver related issue. Let's try these steps here:

I would suggest you run the Windows update troubleshooter.

Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.

Now try to perform Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

    Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

     Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

If the issue persists, I would suggest here is to perform a system reset on the PC - HP PCs - Resetting Your Computer (Windows 10)

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance!

Thank you 🙂

Hey @Abd99.

It seems like you play games on a desk. Some laptops have their fans at the bottom where most of the heat is released. You can try to keep your laptop on a raised platform to free up the fans. If your laptop is touching peak temperatures you can try to underclock your processor as well as limit the hours you work with your PC. You can play games on medium settings which can free up some ram and reduce the load on the processor and the graphics card.

If this helped you, please accept this as a solution as it can help others who have the same problem. Thank you.
