Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Omen laptop does not seem to have a backlit key to turn the keyboard light on. Also, the F-5 and F-6 keys do nothing at all when I press them to turn on or off the sound. I have even downloaded the Omen manuals and I still cannot locate any keys on the keyboard to get these functions to work, so what am I doing wrong. I have also pressed every key on the keyboard to find the correct key and nothing works, is there any way to contact HP by phone as the laptop in only 24 hours old and under warranty.
